Our client an international bank are currently seeking a Customer Service and Investigations Officer to join their team on a contract basis.

Please only apply for this role if you have customer service experience with a strong understanding of SWIFT, CHAPS, SEPA and BACS.


Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Investigations Officer will include: 

  • Providing front line support to customers and employees. 
  • Approving customer e-banking payment templates. 
  • Providing daily Cash Management Services for the European and worldwide CMS customers, within the operations and administration department.
  • Create and update standing orders. 
  • Carrying out daily investigation support for the EMEA region, ensuring the timely resolution of all investigations raised. 
  • Contribute to the 'Continuous Improvement' process.  

Successful Customer Service and Investigations Officer will have: 

  • Previous experience within retail banking or payment processing. 
  • Strong understanding of SWIFT, CHAPS, SEPA and BACS. 
  • Customer service experience. 
  • Commitment and willingness to learn.
