Our client an international bank based in London urgently require an Operations Support Analyst in Customer Services, with previous knowledge of core banking products to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Operations Support Analyst will include: 

  • Setting up direct debits and standing orders. 
  • Updating customer bespoke tariffs. 
  • Ensuring procedures are up to date and in line with current processes. 
  • Creating monthly cheque fee letters, customer billing and statement requests. 
  • Handling BACS error reports and BACS customer quarterly billing. 

Successful Operations Support Analyst will have: 

  • Previous experience of User Acceptance Testing would be beneficial. 
  • Strong knowledge of core banking products – BACS, Direct Debits, Standing Orders
  • Previous understanding of cultural and local differences across Europe and worldwide. 
  • Proficient Microsoft skills. 
  • Occasional support over Bank Holidays and Weekends maybe necessary.
