An international bank based in London are looking to recruit an Invoices & Expense Officer, to join their team on a contracting basis.

They require a candidate with previous expense and payment experience with strong knowledge of OAP system. 

Responsibilities of the Invoices & Expense Officer will include: 

  • Managing building services administration to process and vendor management. 
  • Creating reports on all outstanding invoices and managing resolution. 
  • Assisting with employee insurance claim process. 
  • Processing disbursement of funds to suppliers and employee reimbursement, via the banks automated payment system.

Successful Invoices & Expense Officer will have: 

  • Previous experience in an expense payment environment. 
  • Solid knowledge of OAP or similar system. 
  • Strong knowledge of a front-end approval system preferable.
  • The ability to handle high volume processing. 
  • An understanding of Oracle Accounts Processing or similar system. 
  • The ability to work flexible according to the needs of the team.
