Our client based in Northampton are urgently seeking an Product Manager with a strong product knowledge to join their teams on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager will include but not limited to: 

  • Lead delivery of initiatives through others (cross functional and virtual teams) using agile practises
  • Assisting the scoping and articulation of new capabilities to support the Acquisition growth agenda and deliver digital and instant experiences, and offer new technologies in line with other geographies 
  • Work alongside key areas of the business such as Operations, Technology teams, Credit & Strategic Analytics, Digital Delivery, Marketing Communications, to confirm activities are prioritised, incepted, mobilised and delivered within governance
  • Lead the Voice of Customer Forum - Acquisition Transactional Net Promoter Score (TNPS) & Complaints agenda to drive improvements in financial performance - through recognising initiatives to develop application efficiency and drive a best in class experience
  • Solid Commercial acumen to guarentee well-grounded business rationale is presented to stakeholders to secure funding for key initiatives 

Have you got the below essential requirements?

  • Product Management and Product ownership experience
  • Knowledge of credit and pricing strategy
  • Demonstrated commercial, pricing, credit strategy or segment management experience 
  • Involvement of managing segment level or channel level commercial programmes
  • Competent management of internal stakeholders
  • Agile change methodology
