Top tier Corporate and Investment Bank based in London are urgently seeking a Service Management Support to join their busy team on a permanent basis. 

You will manage the service catalogue and have the ability to work with data and produce MI reports. The ideal person will come from a consultancy firm but someone who has this experience is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Service Management Support will include:

  • Provide monitoring, reporting and execution of the Service Management processes. 
  • Monitor and work with relevant parties to ensure invoices are raised and payments received in a timely manner.
  • Produce reporting, MI and ad-hoc analyses regarding the Service Management processes and governance to support the ongoing operation of the delivery of services.
  • Interacting with Finance to provide inputs on change to charging or on service charging, credit and billing processes. 

Successful Service Management Support will have: 

  • Previous experience in service management roles in Financial Services. 
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous service management experience. 
  • Strong understanding of programme and project management processes. 
  • Knowledge of business change processes, methods and tools. 
  • Previous understanding of project and change management processes.
