SuccessFactors/HRIS Business Analyst (Compensation)
Contract - initially 6 months

Our client, an international bank based in the London, are urgently seeking a Business Analyst to join their busy team on a contract basis on a SuccessFactors (HRIS) implementation with specific focus on the Compensation module.

SuccessFactors experience is a mandatory requirement. Any CV's without this experience will not be considered

The successful Business Analysts responsibilities will be:

  • Document and examine the current 'as-is' solutions and procedures and the needs of the business 
  • Challenge business expectations so that the provided solution meets both present and future needs 
  • Work with the Project Managers to recognise and mitigate risks and issues during the project lifecycle 
  • Support the testing stages of the project and facilitate User Acceptance Testing 
  • Assist the business in the development and creation of various project documentation counting rollout communications and user guides 
  • Contribute in system admin training, act as system SME and deliver User support during the rollout and post-live phases. 

The successful Business Analysts will have:

  • SuccessFactors experience (ideally with the compensation module)
  • Good experience of working with Compensation data in either in a Compensation role, or as a HR based data analyst.
  • Business Analysis experience - ideally having worked within financial services, but wider corporate businesses would also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes - a demonstrable knowledge of HR best practice.
  • A professional attitude to working with external vendors and partners with a familiarity of standard business documentation (TOM / SOW's etc.)
