International Bank based in London are urgently seeking a Technical HR Systems Analyst / VBA Developer to join their busy team on a contract basis, with the role paying up to £460 per day.

Responsibilities of the HR Systems Analyst (VBA Developer within HR Operations) will include but not limited to: 

  • Experience building complex user developed tools for HR using VBA.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the HR administrative activities and to reduce manual work, building complex multi-user Access databases using VBA, operating and cleansing large data sets.
  • Create and preserve Excel/Access VBA and SQL-based solutions to automate HR processes within HR Services organization
  • The role entails experience working with HR systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair any existing tools that are written VBA.
  • Experience developing modelling tools with changing adjustable to calculate system recommended bonuses.
  • Advanced report and dashboard creation to produce user friendly intuitive MI.
  • Familiarity writing test scripts and testing new system through to implementation.
  • Process documentation for current and new procedures within HR Ops.

Have you got the essential requirements below?

  • Advanced VBA, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, HR Comp system experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle, SuccessFactors modules would be beneficial
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, including VBA, SQL, macros and programming
  • Involvement working with administrative processes, preferably in Business/System Analyst role or similar
  • Good understanding of HR Operations or Compensation and Benefits processes in large establishments
