cer Financial have a well-established team specialising within vertical markets, due to increase in demand we now require additional experienced recruiters.
 

We are seeking consultants to take on the below specialist desks:

  • Finance 
  • KYC/AML 
  • Compliance 
  • Risk  

The successful applicant will:

  • Have between 2 and 10 years’ experience in recruitment and ideally some or all of this time within one of the above areas alternatively a background in one of the above areas and an interest in recruitment
  • A genuine interest in banking and financial services
  • Ideally be educated to degree level (not essential)
  • A solid consistent work history – we will not consider “jumpy CV’s” 
 
This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own specialist desk completing the full recruitment cycle. The successful applicant will be provided with existing requirements and a database of specialist candidates and clients. Large banking client accounts will also be handed over making these all HOT desks.
