cer Financial LTD are a specialist recruitment firm, based in the City of London. cer Financial have numerous ways of gathering your data, E.G. Job boards, cer job applications or referrals. When receiving information by Job Boards, the job board itself will have asked for your consent to send your data to third parties / for you to be able to be found by agencies. Gaining data by job applications, you are giving your consent in this act by sending your information to us directly. Referrals should always have consent before sending any information out to any person or organisation.

cer Financial store all their sensitive/general information on a password secure system that can only be accessed by chosen employees. cer Financial welcomes you to request a copy of the profile / information we have on yourself, and cer will respond to this request within the given 30 days. The GDPR (2018) confirms you can request all your personal data to be deleted / removed from our system, and cer will respond to this request within the given 30 days. If you believe you have experienced a personal data breach with cer Financial, you can give a statement/complaint into the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) where it will be dealt with from there. The ICO is the UK's independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals.
