My client a law firm based in Jersey are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. 

Responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator will include: 

  • Communicating with client contacts on a daily basis.
  • Joining board meetings and drafting minutes. 
  • Retaining company statutory records. 
  • Interacting with the accountant department and ensuring all reporting deadlines are met. 

The Successful Client Services Administrator will have: 

  • Proven experience of developing and maintaining strong client relationships. 
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines. 
  • Previous experience of company administration within a financial services environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy.
