Client Services Support Officer

Fantastic opportunity has become available for a Client Services Support Officer, to join a leading international bank based in London on a permanent basis. 

The role is to provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Support Officer role will include: 

  • Reviewing new account applications received from the Relationship Manager ensuring that full due diligence is completed and escalate any issues to the Head of Client Services group. 
  • Producing reports and MI regarding KYB (Know Your Business). 
  • Handling payment call backs to clients as per the Banks procedure. 
  • Investigate account enquiries, from both internal and external sources, and respond in a professional, polite and timely manner
  • Ensure that any outstanding KYB (Know Your Business) reviews are managed and escalated appropriately.

Successful Client Services Support Associate will have: 

  • Previous banking experience is essential. 
  • 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C
  • Degree level
  • Previous experience in a client facing role. 
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication, assertiveness, listening skills
