Our client an International Bank based in London urgently require a Health and Safety Facilities Manager- Vice President, to join their Operations department on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Vice President will include: 

  • Supporting and overseeing all aspects of Health & Safety Environment to ensure compliance of all local and regulatory requirements for following locations 
  • Managing all aspects through Health & Safety appointed consultant and as directed OAD Management.  
  • Participate in the development and negotiation of agreements and the specification of services procurement for the maintenance and upkeep of the Banks Premises and the Building in all locations.  
  • Appraising contractors in the performance of their duties and reports persistent short falls in achievement with recommendations for action to the Director Premises Management.  
  • Review SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) at predetermined intervals in consultation with Director of Premises Management.  
  • Review / Recommend changes to specification of service agreements to maintain appropriate levels of service, taking into account efficiencies / costs.            

Successful Individual will have: 

  • Previous FM experience, with proved track record.      
  • DSE Assessor trained.     
  • IOSH Trained (Health & Safety)      
  • IT Skills - Auto CAD trained, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel and familiar with internal fault reporting tool (Heat etc).     
  • Health & Safety Regulation. 
  • Proven Management skills.       
  • DSE Assessor trained    
  • IOSH Trained (Health & Safety)            
  • Team player, who can support the team and Management at all levels to ensure all aspects to day to day business, is covered effectively and in line with H&S guidelines.
