Our client a leading global alternative investment management company are urgently seeking a Loans Closer to join their Operations department on a permanent basis.
Please only apply for this role if you have previous experience with a buy side institution and knowledge of WSO Loan Management Database with the ability to read and interpret credit agreements,
Responsibilities for the Loans Closing Associat will include:
- Reviewing related documentation for new deal set ups.
- Confirming bond trades and resolving differences with broker/dealers.
- Coordinating closings among custodians, counterparties and other groups with the company.
- Providing due diligence information to trade counterparties when required.
- Reviewing agent notices and calculating, application and reconciling interest and fees.
Successful Loans administration Operations Analyst will have:
- Strong understanding of Par loan trading market convention.
- Previous experience of Bloomberg and Black Mountain.
- The ability to read and interpret credit agreements.
- Previous knowledge of WSO Loan Management Database.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Previous experience in closing and administration of par loans.
