We work a classic three-part fee structure:  

The first third of the fee is dues upon introduction of the first wave of relevant

candidates. The second part of the fee is dues upon confirmation of first interviews. The final third of the fee is due upon candidate start date. An average first phase involves us shortlisting approximately 200 candidates and calling all of them. This process allows us to leverage the specialist arena you target candidate will come from.

Every candidate introduced will have been met, technically interviewed, and have had all relevant checks actioned.

Prior to interview and offer we will provide full transparency on financials and financial requirements to guarantee acceptance. We have over 32000 recruiting managers that make up our business development specialist contacts lists to head hunt into.
