Assistant Manager / Manager (A signatory) Loan Agency

  • Overseeing/managing the full life cycle of new Loan Agency deal / transactions, including white labeling portfolios, from attending client pitches and introduction call with legal and sales, client onboarding (KYC and internal Compliance), documentation review, liaising with external and internal legal, agreeing funds flows checking set up on loan platform (Tillit)
  • Day to day management of all loan agency transactions, drawdowns, rollover events, commitment fee events, cash management, loan transfers, document amendments and loan refinancing, financial covenants, managing compliance certificate re margin rachets.
