cer Financial is looking for a fresh grad, who has achieved a 1st or 2:1 in a sciences or mathematical degree and is looking for a way in to Financial Services?
We work alongside an international bank that will give you access to your entry into the Financial Credit Risk environment.
The Responsibilities within the Credit Risk role will include:
· The Credit Analyst will focus on the preparation of credit applications efficiently and to ensure these are analysed properly in a balanced and impartial manner to enable management to reach a reasoned decision
· Maintaining good relationships and communications with the Business and Credit Departments. In addition the Trade Finance Credit Group will work closely with Business units in order to advise them on structuring, advising which structures may or may not be acceptable in credit terms or proposing alternative ideas.
· The Credit Analyst will assist on protecting the Bank’s interests by on-going risk assessment
· Provide assistance and liaison to write and establish Business team procedures
· The Credit Analyst will be working on a mix of existing and new transactions
The Successful Graduate / Credit Risk Analyst will have:
· Achieved a 1st, 2:1 or MSc degree
· Ideally an interest in real estate would be desirable but not essential.
· A technical and analytical mind where nothing is too much of a problem.
· Knowledge of trade finance credits, operations and products
· Strong numerical and financial skills with the ability to interpret financial information
