cer Financial are working alongside an international bank who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a Loans and Agency Administrator to work with them on a permanent basis.
The responsibilities of a Loans and Agency Administrator will include:
- Ensuring the administration of generated loan portfolio and generated loans is carried out in accordance with the loan documentation in a timely and efficient manner taking note of internal procedures.
- Overall responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the London generated limits within Head Office Global limit system (ZIS/SAP).
- Pre-signing review of loan documentation where the bank acts as an Agent or as a syndicate member.
- Liaison with customers, sub participants, agent banks and dealers over rate fixings, payment instructions, queries and correspondence where the Bank acts as a lender or direct participant.
- Preparation of information to internal departments as and when required.
- Co-ordination and collection of all fees where the banks acts as participant or direct lender.
- Responsibility for monitoring media portfolio sales and receipts.
- Limit maintenance, pre-payments, and queries.
The successful Loans and Agency Administrator will have:
- Educated to “A” Level standard (or equivalent) as a minimum requirement.
- A minimum of three years’ experience within a loans administration environment.
- Ability to read and understand loan documentation including for syndications where the bank will act as Agent.
- German language skills an advantage
