Associate - Structured Finance - Energy - Project Finance

Job Summary:
- Assisting in the sale and execution of project finance transactions within the renewables and infrastructure sectors.
- Developing experience and knowledge of the markets, products, clients and processes required in delivering PF transactions.
- Cash flows modelling, financial analysis, due diligence, review/negotiation of documentation with key stakeholders and clients, market analysis
- Working with a network of client and advisor relationships across the sector with the propose of gaining and maintaining knowledge to successfully complete new project opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification and development of new business opportunities.
- Assisting in pitching process, including preparation of bid packages, pitch books, pricing & profitability assessments, ratings
- Participate in the negotiation of client mandates, advisor appointments and project and finance documentation.
- Assist in carrying out financial analysis, risk analysis and other project specific due diligence.
- Assist with the preparation of internal resource and credit application
- Assist with other internal stakeholders, including Distribution, Agency, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Legal.
- Participate in the negotiation of client mandates, advisor appointments and project and finance documentation.
- Assist in carrying out financial analysis, risk analysis and other project specific due diligence.
- Assist with the preparation of internal resource and credit application packages
- Maintain awareness of and comply with, relevant bank procedures, tools and processes.
- Work effectively in a multi-language and multi-cultural department

- Any other reasonable duty as required, which may be assigned from time to time.
Key Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Good familiarity of project finance structures, cash flow models and documentation
- Open personality with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Fluency in English Language
- Proficient in MS Office package (desirable)
