My client, a Fund administration company are looking for a Finance Administrator to support a team with all their day to day finance transactions.
Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator will include:
· Handling all queries in regards to invoices, payments and billing.
· Inputting monthly payments and associated book-keeping.
· Providing financial administration.
· Helping with VAT returns.
· Studying and printing bank statements.
· Entering payments for intra-group transfers and associated book-keeping.
· Resolving petty cash and bank accounts.
· Reconcile invoices & recording invoices into the accounting system.
· Ensuring all supplier details are up to date.
· Checking and posting receipts of fee invoices.
· Chasing any outstanding debtors.
The Successful Finance Administrator will have:
· Full understand of the company’s rules and regulations.
· Familiarity of book-keeping.
· Knowledge of systems background (would be beneficial)
· Strong numeracy and IT skills.
