cer Financial are working with a Global Financial Services provider based in London. Paying up to £70k + discretionary bonus.
They are growing and are now looking for an experience Business Process IT Analyst – someone who has experience in taking the business’s requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
The responsibilities of the IT Business Process Analyst will include:
- You will have experience in analysing and documenting insurance business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in operations.
- This will involve creating process maps and flowcharts to identify business processes and propose recommendations for improvements.

- Collect, analyse, and interpret business processes and performance metrics data.
- Use data visualization tools to present findings, support decision-making, and provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.
The successful IT Business Process Analyst will have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in process analysis, business requirements, or data modelling.
- Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and IT project management.
- Outstanding communication skills in both English and Mandarin, at stakeholders level.
- Work experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with operational processes is preferred.
