Virtual Accounts – Product / Business Analyst

cer Financial are working alongside an international bank who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a Virtual Accounts – Product / Business Analyst to work with them on a contract. This role includes hybrid working with 5 out of 10 days in the office.
The responsibilities of the Virtual Accounts – Product / Business Analyst will include:
- Interact with business partners (GTBD) and Operations (OAD) team to define, analyse, prioritise business requirements.
- Perform impact assessment / gap analysis in order to convert business requirements in to functional requirements.
- Work with internal technology partners and vendors to define functional solution designs that can be implemented within the project scope/timeline.
- Assist project manager to create approval request (kessai) document for budget allocation.
- Create change request and or provide input for in-flight projects.
- Perform functional testing in development or QA environment.
- Create and maintain Vendors defects log for allocated projects.
- Additionally, assist business and QA test team with UAT results validation and clarification of requirements.
The successful Virtual Accounts – Product / Business Analyst will have:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent working experience.
- Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong Transaction Banking and Cash Management market knowledge.
- Familiar with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry (Service Focus).
- 3+ years’ experience as Business / Product Analyst
