cer Financial are working alongside an international bank, who are based in the West-End. They are seeking a Management Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of the Bank’s General Ledger and financial records.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, MI packs, and financial analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Produce daily financial and regulatory reporting, including liquidity and capital returns.
- Support statutory accounts, audits, budgeting, VAT, and tax processes.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate financial movements.
- Support ICAAP, ILAAP, Pillar 2, and regulatory reporting activities.
- Improve finance processes, maintain procedures, and provide ad hoc analysis.
The candidate will need:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Banking or financial services experience (audit background considered).
- Strong financial accounting and management reporting skills.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and regulatory reporting desirable.
- Experience managing audit queries and working with senior stakeholders.
