cer Financial are working alongside a Global Mobility Services for a leading professional services provider. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join a dynamic team.
The responsibilities of the Head of Tax will include:
· The incumbent will be expected to have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for additional services
· You will also have experience in develop internal and external networks in order to generate new business and achieve growth targets
· You will be leading, developing, tracking performance and mentoring team members
· Collaborating with Corporate Finance and other teams to deliver integrated tax advice, particularly on transactions
· Assessing client tax positions and developing innovative, tailored solutions to complex challenges
· Managing projects from conception through to implementation
· Overseeing financial aspects of engagements, including WIP management and billing
The candidate will have:
· ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
· Extensive knowledge and experience in personal tax
Strong technical expertise across Private Client advisory, with includes, Shareholder tax planning, Transaction-related advice, expertise in Key tax reliefs ( BADR and BPR )
