Finance, Regulatory Reporting Analyst

cer Financial are working alongside an international bank, who are based in London. They are seeking a Finance, Regulatory Reporting Analyst to work with them on a permanent basis.
The responsibilities will include:
· Prepare regulatory, statutory and tax returns for FCA, PRA, BOE, EBA and HMRC.
· Produce monthly management accounts, reports and variance analysis.
· Complete reconciliations, financial statements and daily accounting duties.
· Maintain fixed assets, accruals and prepayment records.
· Support Nostro/Suspense account reconciliations and investigate issues.
· Assist with regulatory reporting and annual financial statements.
· Help implement Temenos and improve Finance processes.
· Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
· Support projects, data analysis and new regulatory requirements.
· Requires strong accounting, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate:
· Accounting qualification or working towards one.
· 2-4 years’ experience in finance, banking or audit.
· Strong IT skills, especially Advanced Excel.
· SQL or Python experience is an advantage.
· Good understanding of accounting principles.
· Temenos experience is desirable.
· Experience with data mapping, regulatory systems and migrations.
· Good knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
