FX Trader (Mandarin speaking) - Chinese FX market experience

cer Financial are working alongside a bank, who are based in London. They are seeking an FX Trader who to work with them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Execute FX (RMB) or precious metals trades during Beijing night hours on behalf of Head Office.
- Monitor trading positions, manage exposures, and execute hedging transactions within approved limits.
- Track trading P&L, assess market risks, and report to senior management.
- Research global financial markets and prepare regular market reports.
- Maintain trading policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage counterparty relationships and trading agreements, including ISDA, GMRA, and NAFMII.
- Coordinate with Head Office and counterparties to ensure efficient trade execution.
The candidate:
- Experience in FX (RMB) or precious metals trading.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and risk management.
- Ability to execute trades and manage positions independently.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Refinitiv Workspace, and CFETS.
- High sense of responsibility, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
- Mandarin speaking.
